Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please read the following policy to understand the terms and conditions that apply to returns.
 

Conditions for Return

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Return and Refund Process

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@transitowl.com or 877-625-7255. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
    Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, we are not handling exchanges currently.
